That's a pretty good ride for feeling under the weather. I was pretty sick a few weeks ago and went on a similar length ride, it was brutal. I'm still getting over it a bit, it's not fun my nose keeps getting plugged up, i makes breathing that much more difficult.

Here's my ride from today, it was very nice out, except for the fact that it was pretty windy, which is no fun. :(

Yeah the last two miles were some of the worst I have been through. I had no energy left after the wind battered me. I feel like I have gone swimin all day. My body is beat up.

That's a really good ride you went on. The elevation gain is about my regular ride which is really good. Not too difficult and not too far. Just right.

Yeah... I know that feeling.

It's a good ride, probably a bit far considering it's the first long solo ride I've done in months, but I made it none the less.

I don't know... sounds like you need to start riding with the B group, you're 25-30 mile rides aren't going to cut it. :p

No, it will be wider than 80mm. The lenses are still in "35mm focal length"

That was a good jump start for you. If you can get some short rides in during the week it will help out a lot.

Yeah I won't ride too far because the temps are high 20s to low 30s with wind. Once it warms up I'll start riding further.

Yeah, it's almost to the point where I can get back to my old routine of 1-1.5 hour rides after work. Although I'm mixing running into the equation too. Ran 5k Friday, rode about 50 minutes (did a pretty crazy climb, and it would have been further but the guy I was with was having knee problems) and then lifted a bit, and then did that ride today. It's been a good weekend. :D

You need to revisit rule #5. :p

Because, I think the 645 effective focal length is like half of 35mm.

So on a FF 645 back the 80 is like 40mm I think, and then at 1.5, it's about 60mm.

I could be wrong with the ratios though.

full frame 645 is a 0.6x crop of 35mm lenses.

.6, so with your back you're at like a .9? So now much wider, but slightly wider.

Are you going to pick up a different back for your Mamiya?
