Yes im identifying it now, it was a Smokey Bones... Quite a few folks I know after hearing about how lousy they treated us have now said they will not be going there anymore :)

And yeah, they're not fantastic shots..but i like the bokeh and color rendition in them!

"I'm just pointing out the hood situation in case anyone cares. I know I do, and part of why I'm keeping my Mark I."

Are you kidding me? The hood of a lens is why you are keeping the mki and not going for the mkII? Apparently hoods are more important than lens IQ? GTFOH! WOW. It is hilarious the reasons people try to tell themselves to justify something. Actually it is beyond reason

I gotta tell you its part of the reason why I traded my 16-35 to a 24-70mmm I love big hoods... Bwahahahaha just joking

I thought you were selling off stuff, now you are buying again?

Yeap... But can't let go of my antique... So I need a normal range zoom, I still have my sigma 12-24, I thought it was a good deal so I went for it

DTBaan wrote in post #13868811 (external link)
he tradded his 16-35. he's been trying to sell it but no luck so he settle for a trade ;P

Hehe correct

Blurr Cube wrote in post #13868820 (external link)
Congrats on getting the deal. Nice walkaround lens with the antique. ;)
