Yeah, I started off as Aerospace engineering, there are plenty of times I wish I had stuck with it.

yeap... mine was Manufacturing Engineering, most of what we do are Automation and Robotics. It was awesome except for the programming part... it was worst than all those letter math like Calculus and Strength of materials

Yes, I agree.

But you can get a great pair of headphones for $100-200. Anything above that and it's all diminishing returns. I picked up my HD555's for $75, I'm happy with them (Except in certain situations where having open eared cans is annoying)

SQ can only get good up until a certain point. I find that when I listen to anything else with less quality than my W3s I can't stand it which is why I also don't want to move up cause then I won't be able to stand the W3s. But if you're spending $300 on beats you're doing something wrong. I mean Justin Beiber wears beats... but he uses JH Audio headphones for touring - he obviously does not like beats, he's probably endorsed to wear them cause if he knew quality in headphones he would only be using his JH audio headphones.
