The 2.0 really puts a pounding on the IQ. Well if compared to the 7D with just the 70-200 versus the 1.4 or 2.0 with the 70-200 + 1DsII and IQ on the 7D is better I should just consider the 7D then.

I don't know I just realized that a 7D would make things a lot more cheaper then. I will be selling my 35L though eventually when the time comes so I can buy whatever camera I decide on and the 70-200. I don't think he's treating me unfairly.. but I was just approached by him and he asked me if I could shoot for him and he'd hire me. But a 1DIV is too much money for me, I would be willing to shell out the same amount for a 5DMK II but nothing more really. Omar will sell his gripped 7d for about 1K in a fire sale. | Canon EOS Systems |

Edit: thing is that during the winter when lets say I wanna shoot basketball I'm going to need the FF then cause 70-200 will be way too long. Going with the 7D you also gain a stop over the 1Ds II + 1.4 + 70-200.

Seriously? What about ISO? I know the 1DsII but I'm assuming the 7D has better ISO reduction? If I go with 7D then I might as well sell off the 5Dc once I have enough save up for the 5DII then.

Yes.. with the 1.4x TC you lose a stop, with the 2x TC you lose two stops.
