Got this assignment last week. It was a bit of a hike (the venue is right on the hill), but it was worth it.
I was a bit hesitant on getting close to the band cause the the stage is so close to the VIP audience seat. And I may get in their sight.
I ended up using my 70-200mm all the way thru.
