Oh yea, those RAT's scream! We used to drop them in the hanger and run them for Ops Checks. Very, very loud and annoying.

Thought so myself but found out it's an Air India bird....their first to be delivered soon. Just doesn't have the orange paint that is also on the rudder

It could be either JAL or Air India, the Air India rudders are red on the assembly line.
