Alright... Hope to survive tomorrow. About to leave for NC, into the path of the hurricane. Not afraid of the storm... More concerned about my heat giving out.

Best of luck Nathan!

haha, actually way back when, i helped a friend that was a general contractor for about a year. I gained a lot of experience in that year. So i'm still rather handy, but the books help you with code and the like...

If it ain't code, it ain't sh*t.

Hell no, i only lasted about a year... getting up at 5am to pick up materials day after day....

Seeing the same faces morning after morning at Home Depot in Somerville, helped me get my act together quick. :)

So instead you went into wedding photography?

(instead of getting up at 5am to get supplies, you go to sleep at 5am processing photos, seeing, well nobody but your screen day in day out)

LOL...

Well as i said, i won't be staying in it forever. It's been fun, but yeah, life goes on.

I'm actually one of the few people that doesn't mind staring at faces for hours... i've worked files for clients for 1.5 - 2 hours in the past. In fact there was one photo from a recent engagement session that took just under 2 hours.... crazy, i know.
