So easy with the RT, though the menus to get everything set up the way you like is a complete nightmare. But it is getting easier with each use.

I'm not sure if you can control from the body. As far as i've seen thusfar, people are controlling it via a master flash or via the ST-E3. Not sure if you are able to control it from the camera body itself... i don't use it that way, nor do i see what the huge advantage would be vs. controlling it directly on the flash itself.
