brewing is SO easy. but as difficult as you want to make it. first make sure you like ales, as these are the easiest beers to make. lagers are cold fermented...bit different.
ive got some other photos showing the whole setup. 3x blichman 20g boilermakers. another keg hot liquor tank, a custom 20g fermenter, coil heat exchanger...all the stuff u need. you can do it on your stove at home in small batches...this is a 10g yeild...but you could make 1g if you wanted to...
this is also an all grain process...those brew kits are usually extract based...so...not that thats bad...they come out great..but its more money per beer, and not as customizable. plus...it takes a fraction of the time, which sucks..because as any brewer worth their salt will tell you...you have to drink good beer to brew good beer.
this particular honey wheat was double sparged and honey added. original abv was to be around 4.5...but now looks like it will top out at 6%+. should be a good batch. we should have a brewphoto get together. lol.
