which hunts?
So I've only been in Hunts once, is it the type of place that you have a little room to barter down a price on used items or are they pretty firm? R5 / RF 28-70 F2L / RF 70-200 F2.8L

I live next door to the flagship one in Melrose...so I go in to physically see stuff. I am happy to order from B&H / Adorama. I don't make enough money to pay highly marked up prices in-store.

Mar 16, 2012 10:59 | #770 I've had one experience with used from B&H and it wasn't the best. I bought my 28-135 3.5-5.6 from them and it showed up full of dust and dirt. They took it back without a hassle but it took a little over a week for them to "receive" it then another two days to issue credit R5 / RF 28-70 F2L / RF 70-200 F2.8L

Yeah I kind of get that, the guy was asking me if I was going to pick up a 5D3. Quoted a price of $6000 for one, I told him I'd rather pick up a used 1Dslll/85L or a new M9 for that price. Actually I'd pay off the remainder of my car note and free up some monthly scratch.

I went in to pick up a bag for my tripod legs and one guy told me they were being sold as part of a package kit; I went back in when Jeff was working and he sold me the bag without issue (though it didn't have tags on it so he couldn't find the model number.
