I picked up one of these packs at a local Wolf camera, it was a last minute purchase a few weeks back before I jumped on a flight to CA. I wanted a well padded case to take all of my gear as a carry on and was in a rush.

I must admit, I'm inpressed. The pack is doubled lined basically, the innner padded compartment can be removed completely if needed, nice. The pack can also support my laptop too via a slot in the rear. So with the camera padded section removed I could travel with a laptop and some cloths as an overnight bag, multi-tasker, nice!

I have a few Tamrac packs, and IMO this is a better case. These buggers get heavy with all the glass inside and the shoulder strap and handle on the top are very heavy duty. Plenty of compartments inside for airline tickets and the like too. I picked one up in blue vs. black and find it to be a very nice looking bag. The picture doesn't do it justice. I'll post a pick later maybe.

I'm sure it will. most of the backpacks can handle at the very least a large telephoto.

Oh yes it should fit fine, the inner compartments can be moved all around.

Currently I have the this list of gear in the bag.
300D w/ BG grip
Sigma 18-125mm (hood)
75-300 IS (hood)
10-22mm (hood)
1G, 512mb Sandisk cards
420flash
charger for camera
6-7filters for the lenses
off camra flash cord
spare batteries for the camera
batteries for the flash
and a spare plate to my tripod head.

(still have room for junk)

And to give you idea of how deep the pack is laying down, the 75-300 is placed in the face down.
