Eagle or Hawk or other?

Yesterday I was walking in the conservation area near the Saint John's River in Florida. When I came to an opening I saw a bird in flight which I thought was a hawk and I quickly grabbed a shot before it got out of range or it turned into a rear-end shot. My zoom was not fully extended and I was even sure I got a decent focus on it. After looking at the resulting picture, it appears to me to be a young eagle. The picture is cropped and lighting is not too good, but I was not looking for bird shots when this happened.

Any confirmations to my guess?

Thanks, I thought it was. I am think it is a young bald eagle at maybe 2-3 years.
