for myself, not sure it's worth and upgrade from 5. I usually skip the even releases.

I think it will be worth the upgrade just for the improvements to ACR which I have always found to be a bit of a disappoint for what I feel it should do. Maybe my expectations are to high but I always seem to get better results from Lightroom than I do ACR even though they should be the same. I think the shadow recovery and noise reduction in Lightroom 3 is much better than in PS5 ACR.
