I work in a lot of night clubs and was curious if vibrations caused by, say an 18" subwoofer (or 10 of them in one instance) would pre-maturely damage the image stabilizers or anything else on my gear.

I don't see how. Might not be a good idea to put your camera directly on the woofer, but if you are just standing near them I don't see that it would be much of a problem.

Couldn't be any worse than the vibrations caused driving in your car or just walking around.
I'd be more worried about your hearing.

First of all, IS can only be affected when it is activated by the shutter button. Secondly, it can compensate for vibrations from 0.5Hz to 20Hz.

If you want to know more about it, go here:

Pictures, from stabilized lenses, of the loudest racing vehicles on the track, nitro-burning Top Fuel dragsters and Funny Cars.

These cars are so loud that the ground vibrates when they make a pass at full speed.

From actual use of stabilized lenses at drag races, and many other motorsports events where ear plugs are needed to defend hearing, the noise has never come remotely close to damaging any sort of photo equipment or interfering with lens stabilization.
