Ok well we are having boat races this weekend and these are the shots from today.I was switching between a Dimage z10 and my 35mm Minolta 300 si SLR with 100-300mm Tokina Lense. These boats were doing about 100+MPH so it was hard to get good shots.I shot about 300 pictures with the z10 and about 5 rolls with the 35mm.These shots are from my z10 , Im getting the ones from the 35mm this evening.I will post Sundays pictures in here too. Also dont be harsh , This was my first time trying boat racing photography. Thanks !

The shots are very nice but you need to watch your horizons or fix them in post processing. Where the sky meets the sea should be level...

I'd also be obliged if you could keep your images within the maximum 800x800 pixel size as suggested by the image posting guidlines.

Nice work for a first time out. You can fix to rotation issue in your editor - that is a really basic and easy fix, and will help. Also, the second image bw conversion is a little too neutral - try upping the contrast. With all that said, very nice work... I would have been pumped up too.... I can't tell you how many times I missed good shots because I was watching too much.

Max size on this forum on ANY one side is 800 pixels. We'd appreciate if you could please resize them to those specs. Thanks.

Appreciate it. Not a huge issue.
