^^Do you remember how you achieved the bubbles and light rays coming through the water?

I made a brush from scratch for the bubbles and dodged and burnt a lot for the rays...

It was a long time ago and I didn't spend that much time on it and flattened it thinking it wasn't that good.

I did see a technique for rays used by Joel Grimes on Kelby, but for the life of me cannot remember it now. :-)

I was quite pleased with this one, which was a play on some ideas I am developing at the moment:

How about a composite of composites?

Every image except the bottom left is a composite.

In the top left, the rug was too small, so I composited in some extra fur to fill out the square.
In the top right, I used three images to pick the best facial expressions and shadows out of the batch that I took.
In the middle left, the boys are from two different shots. If you look really close, you can see a little bit of leftover blond hair on the bigger kid's hand.
The bottom right.. well, you can tell it's a composite, I think :)
The bottom left needed nothing.

I took a picture in the Atlanta aquarium and added my friends baby (mavis) who I snapped in our front room. I actually wanted to throw her in with the sharks but her mum wasn't that keen.
