Going for a straight out of camera look. Shaving infants is no easy task, so i left his beard. :)

Androostain, your images look amazing. I tried your technique... but it is going to take a lot more practice. Nice work!

haha, awesome, the editing is really good. Nice one.

Good stuff Pridash.

How did you pull this one together?

Cheers mate. :) I think that would be a rather long story lol! Putting it together was the easy part, but the displacement maps and water effects were the hardest parts to incorporate. As mentioned in the flickr link, it's the first time I had to save the file as a .psb and PS used up nearly 10gb of ram. Ended up scaling the resolution down to give my pc a break!

Where did you get the water effects from PJ?

I did use a water brush for some effects, but also a mixture of images of waves and water and blended them in. The ripples are from my own stock...courtesy of a rock thown in the water. ;)

Both shots were taken at 200mm. The shot of the moon was added as a layer on top of the skyline, enlarged, and positioned properly. I used the select by color range tool to create a graduated mask that allowed the sky to be replaced while still letting some of the natural looking moonlight fall on the tops of the buildings. I was facing north for the buildings and east for the moon, so this would not have been possible in a single shot.

Nice work, Pridash.... that is great!

I tried the "ANDROOSTECHNIQUE" on this photo.. still not remotely there yet. Pic was soft to begin with.

Instead of the typical LOVE/HATE tattoo.. this little guy has been known to LOVE MILK.

Was doing project with my friend Tank and his son, this was a test shot that I decided to edit. Will upload the full project once it is done. This was my first time using Knoll Light Factory too, nice plug in.
