I just watched a tutorial where by mounting a 580 EX II or STE2 on a pocket wizard on the camera , you can control the power out put of the off camera flash and shoot in EETL mode. Is this limited to use with the Pocket Wizard mini or flex or would this work with say a yoguno flash trigger as well?

Canon 1D MK IV, Canon 1D MK III, Canon 5D, 24-70 2.8L, 70-200 2.8 L IS MK II, 17-40 F4 Canon, 430 EX, Canon A2E, 530EX Canon 1.4 Extender, 580 II, 600EX-RT, ST-E3-RT, (Way too much stuff for an amateur)

It's limited to PocketWizards and a compatible ETTL flash. The PW's send the ETTL information back and forth and you can adjust the power of of camera flashes by using flash exposure compensation.

They also have a zone controller which works with Canon flashes as well as AlienBees, WhiteLightning, Einstein and Elinchrom lights. You can set three zones to either auto, manual or off. Very useful.
