I would have liked to shoot at 1/40-1/60th sec and I have a steady hand, but my panning technique leaves alot to be desired. Would a Monopod or Tripod helped out with that?............... ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ

Anything that will remove excess movement will help. Sometimes from my desk, I'll rest my 70-200 on the top of my LCD or my Inbox/Outbox to pan as aircraft go by. lol Erik - Three Miles Final

PhotosGuy Cream of the Crop More info | Feb 03, 2012 09:21 | #5 The guys with heavy glass use monopods a lot. I tried using a tripod with the head loose when I had a 600 f/5.6 lens & that worked fairly well, but I don't use anything now. Lotsa' links! FrankC - 20D, RAW, Manual everything...
