jazz - add your own

It's very hard to find the few jazz threads among the others. So why not have a thread where you can add your photos taken at jazz / blues performances: street, concert hall, pub or club. - A bit of extra info (technical and/or about the gig) would be nice.

I'll give it a start:

(1) someone asked about (motion) blur in another thread. It works quite well here, I think.
Taken with a Canon G5, before I switched to DSLR

oh yeah, works great in #1 (it's my favorite of the two).

I agree! Love how the focal point seems to be the musician's mouth.

(3) Very poor lighting and I was sitting well below stage level. So this is one of a very few halfway decent shots I got from this show. f3.0/125, ISO 100 - jpg has been edited.
