Made it B&W because I'm interested in the diagonal and it stands out more this way

I like them. I like the BW shot because it fits the composition.
Now the only thing that bothers me tho not to much is the swimmer's hand in # 3 sticking up into the shot.

I like the symmetry on the first shot.

The second shot is underexposed (but your white balance was pretty good). Because the water reflects light it will usually throw off your exposure meter..... generally, for indoor swimming if you increase exposure compensation by about 2/3 it will give you good exposure of the swimmer (if you're using center weight average). You may get a few small blowouts in reflected water but it can be addressed in post or pre-print -- you won't be losing any detail that matters.

Nice capture on the third shot... a little underexposed.

You have a really nice eye for the swimming action!
