PS That cloud leopard kitty is beautiful. I saw my first cloud leopard at the zoo in Melaka last year. It was stunningly beautiful animal:)

LOL!!!!
And I really wanted the EF 70-200mm f2_8l is usm, but I can't justify the expense. Also I love prime lenses. Also I already have the 1.4x extender. All that remains is to actually take a decent picture!

The way I see it is that the F4 has better imaging than the older 2.8 lenses and the IS version has the weather sealing. Unless you need the 2.8 enough to justify it at current prices, the old F4/F4IS is the way to go.

I sold my 70-200 IS lens; too heavy for me & I am really a Prime Lens lover. If the versatility of my 24-70mm lens wasn't so awesome, I wouldn't own anything except Primes.

Hello folks! After viewing this thread and others regarding the 135L, I will be purchasing a 135L very soon. I do have a question regarding teleconverters. I think I want to use a 1.4 tc with the lens. Is there any appreciable improvement in image quality in using a 1.4 III over the much cheaper 1.4 II?
They will be used on a 5d3 at my daughters soccer games and for general use also.

Any thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated!
