You've got a keen eye. Thank you Sir! M_Six wrote in post #14010696 This shot is overflowing with awesomeness, Daniel. The framing is perfection and the background and foreground are a masterpiece. But the highlight is the great pose she's striking. Was this something you told her to do or did she come up with it? It shows off her curves very nicely without seeming obvious or forced. It's playful but not droll. This is where I'd be lost. I could be standing there with this model in front of me and not have a clue about how to get her to pose.

Both using a 135L in there. The first one just the HD photo was using the 135..... 62/366 - Formatting Day.... 03/02/2012 _____ So what your seeing in today's photo is a number of things.....Me being excruciatingly bored at my desk, my workspace, as well as the hard drive that was the cause of my demise today. Today was format day, and on format day all hell breaks loose. I had been planning to format my Mac for quite some time now and had been putting it off. With me being on March break I figured now a better time then ever, was I ever wrong.... The 3TB USB3.0 HD you see in the photo looked amazing on paper when I was at the store, 10x faster then usb apparently! Well what they didn't mention is how uncooperative they are with Macs. I had nothing but issues and will be returning the harddrive today after all my back-up is done now that the format is complete. --------------- Camera Info: Photo #1 Canon 5DmkII Canon 20-35mm f2.8L Photo# 2 Canon 5DmkII Canon 135mm f2L Natty Light --------------- www.TWOLITREmedia.com www.Facebook.com/TWOLITREmedia IMAGE LINK: http://www.flickr.com …twolitremedia/6803419108/ 63/366 - Last Minute Greatness 03/03/2012 _____ So today I woke up to an unexpected phone call......after picking up and beginning to regain consciousness I realized it was good buddy and classmate Joe Pelow looking for a quick favor. He had planned his mothers birthday gift to be a portrait of himself but unfortunately WalMart's processing time was ridiculous....then he realized, I have access to a photographer! 20 minutes, 1 shower, 1 glass of orange juice later Joe was at my house and we were shooting. I had come up with this concept that I used today a little while back when I was shooting some models against my black backdrop and they're heels just demolished the paper which is expected. I thought, how could I use this to my benefit.......BAM, here was the finished product. We also took another one with different gel colours used as well, this was the most badass one. --------------- Camera Info: Canon 5DmkII Canon 135mm f2L Vivitar 85sb Key Light Left - Shoot through 46" Bowens Canon 430exII bare shot through the back drop. But hey, look at that form! Always a winner in my book Surferman! ![]() <----high fives my little niece, great job! Dude, my quest has taken an unexpected turn. I was waiting for the 5D3 and fully expected to get it but the price point knocked me off. So I was prepared to get the 135 and 35 to go with my 7 and 5D2, right? But my 7's pics are all soft and I don't want to go into a wedding season with it, so ended up scoring a used 1Ds MkII! I'll be looking for the green to add the 135 to this though, you can be sure! With all the pics here, I don't see how I can do without it for too much longer! In the meantime, I'll try to put my 100L to good use.
