I resisted buying this lens as well i really don't need it but dang it Canon offers a refub for $740 and I was able to resist thinking it won't be there the next day, ugh it was so i bit the bullet. it arrived late yesterday and here are a few shots (lame ones) cropped and white balance adjusted only

That's really something .... I looked at the original, and can see the fricken grass blades across the water on the other side ... $hit U knot !!! probably tall weed grasses, under a street light left of center, but grassy looking leaves nonetheless.

These are post wedding shoots, the dress and tux alreaby been damaged during the party. Sometimes I do it before the wedding but we don't do ''trash the dress'' of course :)
