Most of time flashes are set on HSS... that's all really. Of course it is also important what natural light already hits the subject, the background as well, the distance between flashes and subject is not always the same but these are things you adjust during the shoot so I don't know how to explain lol Thanks for always being generous in sharing your technique, much respect!
