It was Senior night for the Patriots, but they couldn't pull out a victory against the visiting Appleman. Here are some of the better shots from the JV and Varsity games. Usual settings for this gym: Sigma 70-200 2.8, 1/640 ISO 3200.
1. JV

Good shots and nice angles! Pretty clean for the settings, too. Shots 5-8 are great action. #8 total HACK! Hope it was called.

Gotta get back to OSU vs Wisconsin game now.

Thanks snyderman! You really opened my eyes up to getting better angles for my shots. There definitely was a foul called for picture #8. I just shot the boys basketball game at Musselman last night. It's one of the darkest gyms I've ever been in and I had to set my T1i to ISO 6400 to shoot it ambient. I'll post some of those pictures later once I get them processed.

They're fine except for that huge watermark right in the middle of every one. And they're all portrait.

Thank you. You bring up an interesting point about the watermark. I've been thinking about changing it and have it smaller and on the bottom of the photos. I don't see the problem with them being portrait, though.

Thanks canon rookie. I've been really impressed with the noise performance of the T1i. I've only been shooting a little over a year now, so the Rebel is still doing fine for me. If funds would allow, I'd love to pick up a 1D MIII.
