I have read thru some of the previous post on the view finder extender and just wanted to ask if they are still using them. Appears to me after reading the posts, that a lot of people benefit from taking out the .5 mag lens.

Is it worth the purchase for long term or will it be in my access. bag forever?

thanks

Ben

I have one on my Drebel, and one on my 20D. I keep them there, no removal of optics.

The only issue for me is that the eyepiece rubber comes off easier when it sticks out so far from the back of the body. Other than that, I love it because it keeps the nose grease down on the LCD (and makes it easier on the nose ;) )

Have Fun,

I'm near White Marsh.

I get down to Laurel to haunt Penn Camera - they are nice folks, but one or two of them like to tell me what I should have rather than helping me get what I want.

Have Fun,
