365 Day Challenge - Looking for feedback

I have started a challenge that requires me to take at least one picture a day for an entire year and pick only one of them to share for the day. I am hoping this challenge will help my creative eye and make me a better all-around photographer. Also it will be nice to look back, after completion of the year, at all the memories I have captured. I am looking for people, specifically like-photographers to critique my work for my personal development as a photographer. Yeah, Im doing it solo on G+, but theres several circles of people doing this as well. Im also doing it on pinterest just to be obnoxious lol.
