I just got an email from Adorama announcing it so they must be rolling in (for Canon). I won't be able to try one until the end of next month.

The AF is a tad slower but still very snappy and quick compared to some other lenses. I'm looking at this for working indoors where I need the ability to zoom and the stabilization on these if working correctly adds several stops. With the EF-S 17-55 IS I could get sharp shots as slow as 1/15s. That's what I'm hoping this lens will do well.
