Some nice shots you have here. For what ever reason, soccer\futball\football does not get much in the way of comments. Far be it for me to critique any of your work - your portraits\fashon stuff is stunning - but on my screen here these seen to have too much contrast. Part of that could be the ISO you were having to shoot, some of it could be the piece of junk Dell laptop I am working on right now... who knows. The second to last one could also use some rotation - the horizon distracts just a tad on what is otherwise a dang fine photo...Anyway, enough from a rank amateur.

I like it when you post you less glamourous (sp?) shots too... keep it up!

:D I rotated that shot because I wanted to enhace the action :D
The contrast is weird, on my TFT and CRT they look fine, please get back on that when you have the chance on another monitor.
I do my editing on a CRT and drag them over to a TFT for websaves because 99% will look from a TFT.

Greetings,
Frank

Frank - they still look a little heavy on my "good" machine.... but then again, it is so close plus I haven't calibrated for a bit so who knows. I would live with it. On the rotation, I see where you are coming from on this. I am focusing so much on getting my stuff technically right, sometimes I over look the big picture....

Here in the US we don't get a lot of proper Soccer shots to study from, so I am relying on you european photographers to show me proper style.

Cheers.

I agree with the contrast on the shots, I am however using not the best TFT screen.
