natural light cuts across so many photographic genres as to be so nonspecific and general that it doesnt really make any sense to have one dedicated. You could start a natural light portrait thread in the people forum if thats what you were looking for.

Ahmed,

Depends what you are after, but you could do worse than peruse the Talk about Photography sub sections in the Sharing Knowhow section.

If "natural" is to include "night time" photography give this a go...I still fall back on The Jiffy Calculator by S. P. Martin and published in Popular Photography in April 1968. The calculator has a range of 20+ scenes such as burning buildings, neon signs, display windows, landscapes under moonlight, fireworks, etc. You cut it out in two pieces, one which slides within the other to align scene number with ISO in a window; the other window gives f/stop and speed combinations. A "new" Jiffy Calculator is available at http://photocamel.com …-calculator-can-help.html (external link). See the top of the thread under "Mr. Pickles."

Like any tool, the calculator gives a good guess only as to starting point for exposure. Bracket, bracket, bracket...
