You're still underexposing. I would crop tighter but I fear that if you do it will show even more softness.

so shoot at 3200 2.8 at 1/400?
Im maxed out?
and this by far was the best lighted gym Ive shot in all year

Might want to look in to an 85 f/1.8 It might give enough extra light to be properly exposed at ISO 3200 and 1/500 or 1/640

The other choice would be flash.

As a hotmail user, you have 25gb of free online storage space. When you log in to hotmail, it will be at the very top bar, beside "Messenger". From there, you "add file", then once it uploads, you go click on Skydrive to see all your folders, click on the raw file, then click on the "sharing" tab to the right. It gives you links you can share with anybody. Hope this helps.. it's not very intuitively designed.

I don't think so. It probably doesn't have the means to display raw files.

I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I think LR imbeds or saves an XML file for each RAW file you edit. This saves the settings/adjustments you make without touching/overwriting the RAW file. So yes, your stuff is being saved.
