Dropped by the local lake on the way home the other day..

Next project is to shoot from the back of the boat , then Im goin to have a go at tracking him from my boat ...

Ando,

I love the image quality, colors, and tightness of the first shot. If you can combine that IQ with the athleticism of the other captures, you will have some memorable stuff.

Think sun direction and think backgrounds.

The last one is not good imho. The person is shot against busy background and sort of lost within background and the boat has a huge tree on back and the boat is lost in that tree as well. The last one didn't do anything for me at all. First one is a good shot

I was standing on a point sticking out inot the lake, when they were going past it was OK as I was hand holding a 300F4,
As they were moving at 30mph they soon were too far away, even with a 300mm lens , in that context I couldnt dictate what the background is or was, that last shot was parobable 1/4 mile away & croppped so tis not bad ...given the background..

Nice shots Ando.

Definitely get on the back of a boat and shoot. Did that at Lake Albert a couple of weeks ago and was able the get some great "biscuit" shots.....

Tryin to get organised Mick, chasin up the young blake mn get in his boat to get him upside down,.....I think he got those anti-gravity boots on ....lol.

Got a heap of mates kids n friend of Tubes form back a the boat, want some "air stunts" on wakeboards now.

Weather looks rubbish form mow till Monday .....bugger!
