I have a 1D II that I acquired last week and I noticed a spot in one of my photos earlier to day so I went to clean the sensor with a rocket blower and this is what I found... Any ideas? Is it dust that can be cleaned off, is it dust behind the AA filter, or what?

I can't see anything with such a small image. Any spot you see on an image will just be a tiny spec on the sensor.

Maybe show us the image with the spot on it?

That last one was shot at f/16.

With the f/16 image it looks more like a small drop of something (oil?) than dust, so I bet the blower isn't removing it. If you don't want to learn to do it yourself I'd take it to a good camera shop (not a Futureshop :) ) and see if they can do a wet clean of the sensor.

That is really weird... Try to wet clean it and see if that helps (or take to shop). Could be lubricating oil they use on the moving parts, but it looks interesting to say the least!

It is definitely a drop of oil/lubricant, it will need a wet-cleaning.
