I will post soon too just received my gear so in the midst of setting up everything. Hopefully more people will chime into this thread and post their setups and I would love to see that too.

I did an executive headshot today. These images are SOOC, no real editing done as of yet. Strobe is at full power, F-8 or so, Shutter speed at 1/200th, ISO 100. Was kind of windy that day, so needed 3 20 lb sandbags to hold my strobe down.

Second one, using the same 300b setup, with a fotodiox beauty dish and sock. Maybe 3/4th power, not sure the f-stop on this one.

Have a look at some lighting guides by Frank. He and I used to work together as a team@ AZPro Image, he put together some really great tutorials from a few of our shoots, and a couple shoots that he did on his own...
