I had a G11 for awhile before the sensor went bad. Thankfully I had a protection plan and was given a G12 as a replacement since the G11 were off the shelf.

I have to say, I think the G11 took better pictures. I cant prove this since I no longer have the G11, but I have pictures from my G11 that just looked a lot sharper and less distortion that my G12 images which look a little fuzzy at times and more barrel distortion.

Does anyone have both and can take some side by side pics to see if the G11 performs better in image quality?

Same sensor, same lens, same processor. Interesting.
