Life tends to run away with my time lately but I managed to sneak out before work the other day to catch the sunrise down in Canal Park. Its the first time I went out shooting landscapes since I swapped my ZE21 for the 17-40 (plus some other stuff) and I can say I am happy I did it - the 17-40 didnt disappoint.

As always, comments and critique are welcome and encouraged.

It was chilly, but not too bad - I think it was about 15F with a bit of wind. I had no gloves or hat and I was cold when I got back to the car, but I dont think I noticed until I was done shooting.

Thanks everyone - glad you liked it!

Yeah, I know...but since I was on the way to work those things weren't available. But, I went out again this morning and it was well below zero F...glad I had gloves and hat today!

Thanks!
