My son is going out Friday to do some paintball and wants me to shoot it...... have no idea what to do so if you have any hints.... share freely.

Nice colors... a very vibrant sport to shoot.

be sure to use a filter on your lens just in case it gets hit but splat shots are always cool but I would try to nail composition first other than that just go and have funwatchign yuor kid play and maybe play a game yourself :)

You must know OF him though?
He's the host of one of the biggest nightly radio shows in the world "Coast to Coast AM' (external link), and he does it all from his house in Pahrump NV. And he loves guns.

You should send him your pics. There is a good chance he would post them on his site, even though it's not paranormal. (Did I say Art LOVES guns) :)

If he's going out to play some woodsball, put on a mask and get right in the middle of the action! It's intense and I would bet you could get better shots than from the sidelines. Just don't shadow him step by step or else the other team will know where he is the whole time.

my favourite Art Bell was where there was a guy who was supposedly flying around area 51 and he called in. he was saying "oh my gosh, there's some kind of a rail gun...'. i haven't listened in years.

my team ref'd the APPL Masters tourney last weekend, so i had a chance to shoot some more pics . i'd definitely recommend using a filter to protect the lens. also, it can be very difficult to see through the viewfinder. i always use the AF spot to help me figure out where the subject is (it's easy to cut off the end of the barrel if you're not careful). i'll post a few pics shortly...

I got a 15mm eye releif and that moves the camera from my mask so that I can see more. I really like it
