Feb 10, 2012 13:55 | #2 Like many I'm not amazed at the image quality, and I'm not sure that is what these pictures were designed to show (I could be wrong there). What I think Canon is trying to show is how smooth the images are at 800-1600 ISO. Sports photographers can set shutter speeds to 1/8000 @800ISO, and have clean and crisp photos like my APS-C was set at ISO-100. _
