I shoot mostly real estate photography and wondered if this is something I should start looking at. The lens that I use when I shoot real estate photos is the Tamron 10-24. Will that lens work on the 5D? I use a lot of HDR so this is why I'm thinking about trading. Let me know your thoughts!

Dont know if the Tamron will work or not the info I have seen says designed for AP-C so I suspect it will vigniette on FF . When I used to shoot real estate I would have loved a TS-E.
If I was doing it now I would buy a 17mm TS-E or failing that a used 24mm Mk1 TS-E and keep the 60D.
If you want FF sell the Tamron and buy a 17/40 or if you can find one a Tamron 17/35 ( as good and a lot cheaper)

I do not think you will gain anything but you will have more space in your pockets.

Need more info. When shooting now, do you use any lights/flash or are you relying on available light only. How much of your shooting is ISO 3200 or higher? If you answered, yes/none, then the upgrade will do little. If you answered no/lots, then the upgrade will help reduce image noise.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Sounds like a good way to blow some money.. Not sure you will benefit from it though. How do you figure that the 5D II will help you ?

YOur tamron 10-24 is f/3.5-4.5 variable aperture.
The full frame sensor will give you more light sensitivity and if you get a Canon 17-40 f/4 your images may come out cleaner than 60D. Also if you downsample your 5D2 images to 60D maximum resolution you will also gain more sharpness (less noise) for sure IMHO. Yes it will be costly 'upgrade' though.

Costly but satisfying..... I am just a amateur that loves taking pictures and loves the satisfaction of having beautiful pictures of landscapes and grand-kids and wildlife and family living - went from the G7 to the Rebel T1i to the 5D Mk2. And worth every cent.

I have both the 60D and the 5D2. I'm not sure I understand why you think the 5D2 is better for you because you do a lot of HDR? Is it just noise control? For real estate photog and HDR I excpect you're using a tripod so you can probably afford to use lower ISO's so not much to gain from the 5D2. You'd need a new lens as the Tamron isn't suitable. Actually you may get more benefit from dropping the Tamron which is probably the lwoest quality of the ultra-wide zooms and picking up a Tokina 11-16 for the 60D. You may find you miss your flip out screen as well going to the 5D2.
