1) Tagliatelle Bolognese. Wanted to shoot a photo that is wasn't as static so I told the chef to grate the cheese tableside.
2) Chocolate Semi-Freddo Sundae
3) Duck Egg Ravioli. We wanted to promote his Valentine's Day menu (via Facebook) so we shot a pair of duck egg raviolis with 2 flutes of Prosecco (which are both on the Valentine Day's menu).
It's a major shame the focus was slightly off for this photo and the perspective looks a little 'off'. Probably a non-issue for a Facebook promo photo but a shame nethertheless...
