A lot of blow out on the first one. Lacking contrast on #2 and 3. Blow out on the last one plus you need to crop out the people in the background or move to your left and re-compose the shot without background distraction.

I would suggest use of fill flash for this type of event photography.

OK shots for recording an event I suppose.

thanks, #1 has a "posterize" effect to make it look that way... no good? thought it made a nice light effect...

its a bit much for the image, blows out the highlights and gives it a weird color pallet... I'd stay away from the photoshop filters all together. May not hurt to up the exposure slightly on #2 and #3 :)
