K so for a change I thought I would post something other than Birds. Was on my way to the in-laws this morning and had to make a detour to the landfill, when we came across this little fella. OK maybe not so little. Anyway it was funny as hell. It would stand up and paw at the ice to break it up then kneel down to take a drink. Looked like it was praying. 
This went on for quite a bit. Then I must have a got a bit to close cause momma who had been watching me from a distance ( I knew she was there) off in the trees came out and put an end to it.
2 really spectacular animals. Momma was pretty large so I wasn't going to mess with her
