DING DING DING!!! You'd be right.

Wanted to go onto the observation deck of Rockefeller Center but didn't have enough time. had to get back to my daughters' voice recital.

They just recently opened it. It's called: Top of the Rock.

BTW, not to take this off topic, but I've got a quickie.

While the 100-400IS was coming up from their basement (which FYI used to be a swimming pool, as the building that houses B&H used to be a YMCA) I asked to see the 85 f1.2 My Gawd, what a chunk of glass.

So, here's my quickie question. I put it on my camera, had the ISO set to 100, had the camera first on AV, then Program, and the camera would not adjust to give me a good shot. It was like way overexposed. It wasn't until I went to manual and started dialing up the shutter speed, and I mean way up, that I got a few good shots of my daughter. What gives? That's one tough lens to use. Must have a big learning curve which I've yet to experience.

No Krullers, though I do love 'em. But we did stop off at the diner across the street for a couple of quick egg creams, for a mere $5.40 for two.

I've never had that problem. Hmmmm.

This is the first shot I took with it. This is converted from RAW. The raw converter in Camera Raw took the exposure down automatically to -1.25.

Looking at the data, I see what I did wrong on the next few pics. I had the ISO at 1000 (thought it was 100) and had it on TV at 60.

This is program mode:

Update your signature poo heaf! I'd love to see some shots off the top of the Rockefeller Center.

My goodness, the depth of field at f/1.2 is miniscule! I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me when I first saw that shot!

Thanks for the reminder. But "poo heaf"? What, on earth, is that?

Now I'm even more confused. I guess you're saying he either made a typo or doesn't know how to spell, but what was he trying to say?
