I get frustrated during processing because my computer lacks horespower, and each step takes ages. I don't rightly know what I'm doing, and the time lag really hampers my trial and error approach. I've introduced graininess somewhere along the way. Perhaps too much sharpening? 21 images stacked, intervalometer courtesy of Magic Lantern 1/100 sec, ISO 400, f/11 (or f/16, or f/8? ...I don't remember) M42 Vivitar 200mm f/3.5 with 2x teleconverter Cheapest, lightest, wobbliest tripod
