Thanks!

I'm keeping the T2i! I plan to shoot sports with both bodies, 70-200 on 1D3, 17-55 on 550D (eventually 300 on 1D3 and 70-200 on 550D). It's also my video solution. For a lot of tricky shots, I like to be able to use Magic Lantern. Lastly, when I pull off the grip, it's a great light camera for my wife to grab when needed -- the 1D3 will be above her interest level.

Grumpy, love the bridge!
Wide Boy: I like #1. You'll figure out the flickr embedding, I'm sure there's an FAQ on POTN for it. Photobucket is blocked by a LOT of employers, so I miss a lot of images if I don't have time to come back in the evening at home. Although I do cheat the system at times and open photobucket images in pixlr...

Well, there's no way your T2i produced that blocky compression pixelation (pretty large squares throughout the images). That also caused a lot of color banding in the sky. I think Photography On the Net's attachment feature must have done that.

Nice shots anyway!

Bobo - nice bird series / capture.

Grumpy - nice panos!

Grumpy- Very nice. How many did you stitch together? what lens did you use? Looks like gorgeous scenery

sullivan : That's an interesting shot , well done :)

Bobo : love the clouds shots , great choice on the processing .

Grumpy : Superb set .

Thank you folks, much appreciated.

Marm - The first three shots were with the Sigma 10-20 and 2 Stop B&W ND Filter - The Skyline shot with the 70 - 200 and a pretty decent crop. The first three panos are five or six shots, the skyline is eight I believe, As far as the stitch , I use CS5. i've tried everything else and this works the best for me.

Nice shots. Did you get a permit to use your 550D? I heard that they won't allow dslr anymore accept if you have a permit. Is that true?

I have a question.

I wanted to set White Balance in video mode, but white balance option is not showing under settings when I press Q. It has only 5 options instead 6? I get the option in manual mode for photos though.

Why is that?
I have Magic Lantern installed.
