I acheived it by shooting a green-gelled flash through a casseroll dish full of water and landed it on blue posterboard. There were 2 other flashes involved but they were only hitting the fish. I was so bummed to download these photos and see that I missed focus   Oh well, I'm too lazy to re-shoot._______________
