Distance could be a factor but the main thing is how difficult is to focus with it. The previous set had much more light than this one. The mirror lens needs lots of light to perform its best. I guess Im want to become a mirror lens master! LOL! Im keeping an eye out for the Bigmos, but I must be honest, as hard as this mirror lens is the satisfaction when you get a decent photo from it is awesome.
