Bobo,

Really like the squirrel/prayer shot.

ontonagondave,

That is one wicked looking mushroom.

I'm looking for harsh criticism of my photos - tell me how to improve, I will be grateful.

The lighting was just right for some b/w so did just that.

Continuing the experiments with high ISO, #2 was taken at ISO 3200.

C&C appreciated and welcomed.

A bit experimental thing. Any comments appreciated.

Not one of your bests, but experimentation is always the key to great captures.

Got a serious case of the sniffles and a runny nose so today's pic is the meds i took to deal with it.

Coooool idea. I could fill a frame with the meds around the house.

Nicely done commercial quality product shot.

Thanks kuku, Sean.

Mitch that is a nice set as usual. You never answered my "does it ever stop raining" question. :)

Thanks rainman.

The bokeh is other plants/shrub behind the flower. Picked this particular one as the background was relatively further away then the others. Also gave it further blur in pp.

Been awhile since I posted, college life has taken over and my photography job for the school paper, well they own all those photos so I won't be posting many to my own portfolios or sharing, also using the school's 7Ds for some of those events as well...

Hope everyone is doing well and getting great shots.

Here is a capture from a concert the other night at the Gorge Amphitheater, kinda a rough time trying to get in with my camera, if you care to know more you can read the description on Flickr, anyhow, cheers.

Shot didnt quite work but the wild donkey in the background looked yummy to the vulture

I love the concept... it would have been really cool if it worked out. It still works but it takes more effort than the average viewer will give.

Prayer! Love it :)

More from my latest series :

fab as usual! I like the guitar carrier the best of this batch. The cyclist is cool, too, but that might be because I am partial to bikes. I think I've favorited every photo you've ever taken that has a bike in it  I especially like the reflection in the bike photo.

A couple of recent attempts:

The whole series is good... that mushroom photo is especially cool. Definitely better than an "attempt"
