Hi Rock,

Good attempt. I like the colorful subject and its pose but wish the twig between the bird and the camera wasn't there. Also, the noise might have severely ruined the details. Noise can be caused by:
1. Heavy crop due to the tiny size of the subject showing up in the original frame
2. The original image was underexposed. Boosting up Exposure in PP could accentuate noise
3. Very high ISO contributes to noise too
4. Combination or all of the above

Keep trying and hopfully you overcome whatever that causes the noise. Remember, prevention is better than cure. ;)
